 Light Your Night Events – Terms & Conditions

• A deposit is required to secure all bookings. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
• The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.
• Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.

• 7+ days notice: Deposit is fully refundable.
• Less than 7 days notice: Deposit is non-refundable.
• Extreme weather or emergencies: We will work with you to reschedule your booking or issue a credit where possible.

• Standard hire period is for one (1) day unless otherwise agreed.
• Delivery and collection times will be confirmed prior to your event.
• Please ensure someone is present at the venue at the agreed delivery and pickup times, unless otherwise agreed.

• It is the client’s responsibility to ensure safe, level, and accessible setup areas.
• If delivery or access is obstructed or unsafe, we reserve the right to cancel or modify setup at our discretion.

• All light-up items require access to standard 240V power.
• Extension cords will be provided if required. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure a power source is accessible.

• All items are checked before and after use.
• The client is liable for any loss, theft, or damage caused during the hire period.
• Fees may apply for repairs, replacements, or excessive cleaning.

• Hired items are for decorative purposes only and must not be climbed on or moved after setup.
• Outdoor use is permitted only in dry, covered areas unless otherwise agreed.

• Light Your Night Events is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the misuse of hired items.
• We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic, venue access, severe weather).

• By hiring from us, you grant permission for photographs of your event setup to be used for our marketing unless you advise otherwise in writing.

By confirming your booking, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. It is the client’s responsibility to read and understand this agreement prior to booking.
